Rui Cao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological and Neuroscience at University of Tennessee Knoxville. She obtained her BS in Math and Psychology from the Ohio State University and her PhD in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. She was a postdoctoral researcher at Boston University.
